Due to last week’s inclement weather, Our next installment in our series related to themes in our yoga class surrounding specific areas of the physical body, we will explore postures related to our hips! We will work on opening and strengthening our hips with specific postures that are related to these actions in our physical body in the area of our hips. Studies have shown that most people have extra tightness in their hips, and are extra week in this area of their bodies.
