Start your day in a great way, with an early morning Yoga practice! We meet on Thursdays weekly, from 6:15 to 7:15 AM. As with other offerings, this one has The option for you to join online via zoom as well! This week’s theme is all about the Core! We will explore postures in this class that will Strengthen, and get us more deeply into The core area of the body, such as the area of the abdominal muscles and the navel. Strengthening this area of the body is very important for balance and stability! It also helps to ignite the digestive fire, or Agni, and spiritually it helps us to gain more willpower and confidence, if we open up and strengthen in these areas.
