Start your day in a great way, with an early morning Yoga practice! We meet on Thursdays weekly, from 6:15 to 7:15 AM. As with other offerings, this one has The option for you to join online via zoom as well! Due to last week’s inclement weather, Our next installment in our series related to themes in our yoga class surrounding specific areas of the physical body, we will explore postures related to our hips, but unlike last week’s Yin style class, this will be our normal Hatha/Vinyasa type flow. We will work on opening and strengthening our hips with specific postures that are related to these actions in our physical body in the area of our hips. Studies have shown that most people have extra tightness in their hips, and are extra week in this area of their bodies. This can manifest as pain or stiffness in that area, and can also make us feel like we have a lack of balance, while standing or walking. No need to go to another website to register for this class!
